Specialists of the Korpeje Gas Production Directorate of the «Nebitgazchykarysh» Trust of the State Concern «Turkmennebit» achieved high results in the production of natural gas in the highly productive gas fields of Turkmenistan in the past year.

For 11 months, the production of «blue fuel» from the operating wells amounted to 2 billion 531 million cubic meters, while the plan was fulfilled by 165%.

It should be noted that two-thirds of the total volume of natural gas produced by the concern over the past period falls on the share of Korpeje gas workers.  The employees of the department, which has been operating since 1998, manage to achieve high production indicators every year.  The department carries out production, preparation and delivery of natural gas to consumers from the operating wells of the Korpeje, Chekichli, Altyguyi fields.

More than 750 specialists are currently employed here.  The equipment and computer systems used correspond to modern achievements of science, technology and technology, which helps to consistently achieve high production results and fully meet the needs for natural gas of the population and industrial facilities in the region.

There is also an efficient troubleshooting service at Chekichler Square.  Here, on the operating unit for low-temperature gas separation, up to 5 million cubic meters of natural «blue fuel» are prepared daily.

At the Akpatlavuk, Keymir and Chekichler squares, measuring instruments for the collection, preparation and delivery of gas to consumers, the power system and automation are effectively used.  More than forty productive wells are in operation at Korpeje, twenty-six at Chekichler, and five wells at the Altyguy field.  Since the beginning of the year, 11 wells have undergone major repairs, which in turn contributed to an increase in the production of «blue fuel».

The gas obtained from the operating wells, after cleaning and full preparation, is sent to the oil and gas production departments “Gamyshlydzhanebit” and “Keymir” of the State Concern “Turkmennebit”, as well as to the Balkanabat enterprise “Gunbatargazakdyrysh” of the State Concern “Turkmengas”.

The specialists of the department plan to complete as much work as possible by the end of this year so that the planned figure for natural gas production – 1.7 billion cubic meters – is doubled.
