“Representatives of the two companies at a meeting in Tashkent discussed the prospects for cooperation in the oil industry, as well as the interaction of the Bukhara oil refinery in Uzbekistan with the production enterprises of Petronas Charigali. Particular attention was paid to the possibility of establishing long-term cooperation in terms of importing crude oil to the plant,” the report says.
As a result of the negotiations, the parties reached an agreement on the joint preparation of the oil supply program from Turkmenistan to Uzbekistan this year.
