Doctors and medical workers have also been sent to Turkey to provide the necessary assistance to their colleagues helping the victims.

In this regard, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag sent deep condolences to the leader of the fraternal country.  The messages express words of support to the people of Turkey at this difficult moment, the families, relatives and friends of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to the victims.

As foreign media reported, on February 6, two earthquakes with a magnitude of more than seven points occurred in the southeast of Turkey, which led to serious destruction and numerous casualties.  Turkey's earthquake death toll tops 12,000 and nearly 63,000 injured, Anadolu news agency reported on Thursday.
