Negotiations between the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban ended in Ashgabat, following which a package of documents was signed, TDH reports on Friday.
Among the signed documents is the Agreement between the Government of Turkmenistan and the Government of Hungary on the Promotion and Protection of Investments. Also, the Program for cooperation in the field of culture between the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Culture and Innovation of Hungary was signed; Agreement on academic and scientific cooperation between the State Medical University of Turkmenistan and Semmelweis University.
In addition, a number of memorandums were signed at the departmental level, which relate to cooperation in the fields of meteorology, water resources management, education, tourism and culture.
At the end of the document signing ceremony, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and Prime Minister Viktor Orban addressed the media representatives.
