Today, in the Central building of the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan, a reporting meeting was held under the chairmanship of Vice-Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Myratgeldi Meredov, at which the results of the work of industry enterprises for nine months of this year, held under the motto "Turkmenistan - Homeland of Neutrality" were discussed.

At the meeting, which took place in the format of a video link, important aspects of the implementation of the tasks set for the oil and gas complex at an expanded meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held on October 9 this year were considered.

Turning to the consideration of the issues on the agenda, Vice-Chairman Myratgeldi Meredov reported on the results of the enlarged meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, at which the results of the work of the national economy sectors were summed up, and the tasks for the oil and gas industry for the future were identified.

Then the State Minister - Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmengas" B. Amanov, Chairman of the State Concern "Turkmennebit" G. Baygeldyev, Chairman of the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" M. Rozyev, General Director of TCOR D. Chishiev, as well as heads of departments and enterprises complex.

During the meeting, practical steps were discussed to increase the volume of crude oil production, and specific measures were considered to eliminate shortcomings in the operation of the production facilities of oil refineries.

They also discussed issues on accelerating the strategically important construction of the Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline.

At the end of the meeting, Vice-Chairman M. Meredov emphasized the need to improve the activities of labor collectives of enterprises of the fuel and energy complex. The achievement of new frontiers will serve as a kind of gift for the 25th anniversary of the international recognition of the status of neutrality of Turkmenistan.
