President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed an Order, ordering the Vice-Chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, hyakims of the regions and the city of Ashgabat to monitor the quality completion of construction on time and commissioning of large industrial and social facilities in 2024. The corresponding document was published on Wednesday in the country's central media.
According to the document, the Ministry of Construction and Architecture is instructed to strengthen control over the quality of the construction of facilities, set monthly dates for their commissioning in accordance with the deadlines, and ensure that these dates are included in the monthly schedules of events and the opening of social facilities.
As noted in the document, the order was signed “for the purpose of successful implementation of the country’s investment plans, high-quality completion on time of construction of large industrial and social infrastructure facilities scheduled for commissioning in 2024, creation of new jobs in the regions, as well as further improvement of social-living conditions and welfare of citizens”.
