Within the framework of the Turkmen-Russian business forum held in Ashgabat on January 19-20, negotiations were held between the delegations of the State Concerns «Turkmengas», «Turkmennebit», the State Corporation «Turkmengeology» and the Russian holding company «Rosgeologiya» (Rosgeo). The result was an agreement that Russian specialists would provide technological assistance in the exploration and development of Turkmen deposits of hydrocarbons and minerals.

Until 2028, the state will invest more than 278 billion US dollars to realize the production potential and develop the social sphere of Turkmenistan.
