IOGU Faculty completed education courses at Chinese universities

Ten faculty members from the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University (IOGU) completed continuing education courses at Xi'an Petroleum University and Hebei Petroleum Vocational University, located in Xi'an and Chengde, China, from June 28 to July 7.

The courses cover the areas of "Geology and Exploration of Mineral Deposits" and "Information Systems and Technologies (in the Oil and Gas Industry)."

Xi'an Petroleum University and Hebei Petroleum Vocational University developed a special program for the continuing education courses. In accordance with the program, IOGU faculty members were introduced to the structures of Xi'an Petroleum University and Hebei Petroleum Vocational University. They also visited geological museums, LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and the China Science and Technology Museum.

These advanced training courses were organized within the framework of the Memorandum of Understanding signed on October 18, 2024, in Xi'an, China, between the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University, Xi'an Petroleum University, Hebei Vocational Petroleum University, China National Petroleum Corporation, and the China Association for International Educational Exchanges, according to the IOGU website.
