Drillers from the Neftegazburawlayysh Trust of the State Concern Turkmennebit continue to demonstrate strong production results, making a significant contribution to the development of our country's oil and gas industry.
In the first six months of this year, specialists successfully completed the drilling of 12 productive wells. The total drilling volume was 67,516 meters, exceeding the planned figures by 12.5%. Of these, 52,090 meters were production wells, highlighting the practical nature of the work being carried out.
Drillers from the Goturdepe Drilling Department made a significant contribution to the overall result. Thanks to the coordinated work of teams involved in the commercial development of the Goturdepe and Uzynada fields, five productive wells were successfully completed during the reporting period, four of which were production wells.
Particular attention is being paid to the efficient development of the Northern Goturdepe field, where wells No. 176, No. 311, and No. 414 have been completed on time since the beginning of the year. Following technical preparation, they were handed over to the Goturdepenebit department and are currently providing stable hydrocarbon production. The introduction of modern, more powerful drilling rigs has significantly contributed to the increased efficiency of operations.
One of the key achievements was the successful development of well No. 1824 at the Eastern Goturdepe field, with a design depth of 3,900 meters. During drilling, commercial oil flow was obtained from the lower red formation.
Following completion of technical work, the well was commissioned and handed over to the Goturdepenebit department. It currently provides daily production of 38.7 tons of oil. A modern Uralmash-3D rig, manufactured in the Russian Federation, was used for drilling.
The implementation of the country's leadership's objectives to modernize the fuel and energy sector and intensify geological exploration is contributing to the discovery of significant hydrocarbon reserves at the Goturdepe fields. Development of deeper horizons and drilling of new wells are planned for the future.
Drilling crews plan to begin drilling well No. 1825 at East Goturdepe in the near future. The introduction of modern technologies and high-tech equipment continues to improve operational efficiency and opens new opportunities for the development of deep oil reserves.
The development of the Goturdepe field remains a key area for strengthening the country's energy potential, ensuring stable production growth and further development of the oil and gas sector.
Gas workers of the «Lebapgazchykarysh» department successfully fulfill their labor obligations
Specialists of the “Lebapgazchykarysh” Department of the State Concern “Turkmengas” have achieved high labor indicators for seven months of this year. During the reporting period, natural gas production under management amounted to more than 7 billion 214.6 million cubic meters, while the plan was fulfilled by more than 127%.
TCOR to install an automated pollutant monitoring system
The Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries plans to introduce an automated system for monitoring and accounting for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.
Expert: European industry will not withstand such gas prices
Gas prices in Europe this winter may exceed $4,000 per 1,000 cubic meters, according to Gazprom. As noted in the forecast posted on the company's Telegram channel, «gas prices have broken through the $2,500 mark on spot exchanges in Europe. According to conservative estimates, if the trend continues, prices will exceed $4,000 per 1,000 cubic meters in winter».
