The «Abraýly dostlar» enterprise, located in the Ak Bugday etrap of the Ahal region, has started production of polypropylene multifilament textured, technical and twisted threads, Business Turkmenistan reports.

Textured yarns produced under the «Polyyarn» brand are widely used in the production of household furniture.

The raw materials necessary for production are supplied to the enterprise from the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries and a polymer plant in Kiyanly.

«Abraýly dostlar» is equipped with advanced equipment from Europe, which allows the production of high-density yarn.  The high production capacity of the enterprise allows to produce 2400 tons of products per year.

Products manufactured at this enterprise are successfully exported to Italy, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Belarus, the Netherlands, Brazil, Great Britain and Venezuela.  Currently, negotiations are underway to export products to the United States.
